The Okotoks Oilers will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges on any game tickets unless the game in which the tickets were sold for was cancelled or re-scheduled. In the event of a cancellation or a re-scheduled game, you may bring your ticket to the Okotoks Oilers Business Office located at 204 Community Way in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada. You may also submit a refund request by mailing the Okotoks Oilers at Box 171, Okotoks, AB Canada T1S 1A5. Customers have 1 month to refund any cancelled or re-scheduled tickets. Any tickets submitted after 1 month will not be refunded for any reason.
